Shipping policy

Made to order, on purpose.
Every Witness Greatness piece is printed and produced only after you order it. We hold zero inventory: no warehouses of unsold stock, no overproduction, nothing made just to be thrown away. It’s how a small independent brand keeps waste low and quality high, and it means your piece is made specifically for you.

Production.
Because your order is made from scratch, please allow 2-7 business days for production before it ships. Most pieces enter production within 48 hours of your order.

Delivery (United States).
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the product and which of our production partners makes it. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Where faster shipping options are available for your item, you will see them at checkout.

Multiple items.
Different pieces are sometimes produced at different facilities, so your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. Nothing is missing; the rest is on the way.

International.
Delivery outside the United States typically takes 10-30 days depending on destination and customs processing. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, or your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email witnessgreatness44@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will make it right.
